Focused on both technical training and fitness, a typical Saturday morning session begins with warm-up drills and ends with a scrimmage. The main portion of the session focuses on specific skills training, which includes shooting, ball handling, offensive moves, rebounding, passing, footwork, defense, speed and strength development.

Thursday sessions are scrimmage-based. A typical session begins with skill-based drills tailored to each individual’s levels, providing guidance for improvement. The majority of the session is scrimmage-based, with every player encouraged to work on their specific improvement areas within a scrimmage/game format.
