LABL Cup Finals (23 April 2017)
The Soul Men will be competing in their first final of the 2016/17 season this Sunday (23 April) in the LABL Cup Finals against Mandraikos BCL at Bow School at 2pm. Do come down and support.

Sessions Cancelled (4 February 2017)
The 10am women’s session and 12pm scrimmage on 4 February 2017 (Saturday) have been cancelled, due to a clash with the Soul Men’s quarterfinal LABL Cup game. Do come and support both our teams that Saturday. The Soul Men play at 11.40am at Bow School, and the Soul Ladies have an LMBL game against Urban Foxes II at City of Westminster College at 15.15pm. Session Updates – 12 November 2016
The timing of the Soul Men’s Cup game has just been changed to 15.40 at Bow School against the Knights (please come down and support!). The 10.00 to 12.00 Ladies training session will be running. We are currently in the midst of confirming if the 12.00 to 14.00 Mixed Scrimmage session is on – so please watch this space. Please see our calendar for our updated schedule.

LABL Update (6 November 2016)
Soul Men continued their unbeaten record with a 63-54 league victory over the Smurfs. Their next game is a Cup game at 15.40 at Bow School against the Knights on Saturday 12 November.
